Help beyond good health
Danielle and Julian have not only been with Kids of Africa ever since it began, they are also successful and experienced medical doctors, who - since 1995 - run the Travel Clinic www.travelclinic.ch in Zurich. Travel Clinic offers tropical medicine pre-travel advice as well as family medicine.
Their contribution to Kids of Africa reaches far beyond the good health of our children and staff. They are also tireless members of the Kids of Africa board whose presence, ideas and initiatives alone are always a source of inspiration.
Julian Schilling also teaches at the University of Zurich and is a widely recognized expert in matters of public health, new medical technologies and insurance medicine. The couple have two sons Pino (26.12.2002) and Livio (26.02.2004) who also enjoy travelling and spending their vacations in the Kids of Africa village.
